 Although we do take extreme protective measures when shipping our candles, unfortunately sometimes they do break in transit due to the negligence of the shipping providers. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are shipped so we highly recommend that you purchase USPS insurance which is an option when purchasing our intention or aromatherapy candles and bundle sets.
