1. Once your application is completed , you will be contacted by a specialist.

2. Upon approval, you will receive an email with with a pay link to pay your deposit .

3. Once your non-refundable deposit of $333 is paid , you will receive a Welcome Email with retreat information, dietary guidelines, the itinerary, and other disclosures.

   Deposits are due no later than March 21st, 2026 to confirm your attendance.

4. The remaining balance of $333 is due by April 1st, 2026.

5. Once your full balance is paid , you will receive an email with disclosures, and the exact location.
