Trauma, negative thoughts and bad habits hold us back & keep us feeling stuck. This is an in-depth session that includes a full birth chart evaluation prior to the beginning of the session in order to perform qualitative research that will help your coach figure out your astrological influences as well as discover where certain habitual thoughts and behaviors stem from. Exposing the root of the problem will help you stay mindful of these behaviors and thoughts so you can change them thus changing your whole life.
